When Light Takes Over
Seoul, South Korea (2024)
That moment between daylight and night when artificial light starts to define the mood.
Twilight has a rhythm of its own. Soft, fleeting and unpredictable. As daylight fades, architecture begins to carry its own light. Color temperature shifts, shadows deepen and surfaces take on a cinematic texture.
For me, this is when a city feels most alive.
It’s no longer about capturing detail or an overview but about catching a transition, a ghostly place between two worlds.
This photograph was taken in Seoul, just as the sky turned cobalt and the streets began to buzz with artificial warmth. A reminder that light, in every form and at any moment, shapes how we experience space.
